Easy Greek Salad Recipe
Greek Salad Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- Kalamata olives
- Oregano
- One piece of Greek feta cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil and wine vinegar
Preparation
Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
Cut the tomatoes into small wedges and the cucumber into slices.
Place them in a salad bowl and add the chopped onion, sliced green pepper, olives, salt, pepper, oregano, and vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
Place the cheese on top. Sprinkle oregano and add extra virgin olive oil.
